Growing up in Long Island, New York, Dr. Tamar discovered her love for working with children early on. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Touro College of Dental Medicine, she advanced her skills through a two-year pediatric residency at Northwell Health Cohen Children’s Medical Center. During her residency, she gained valuable experience treating diverse pediatric dental patients and developed expertise in handling dental trauma, interceptive orthodontics and class I cases, and comprehensive dental care under sedation and general anesthesia.
Her gentle nature and enthusiasm create a comforting environment for children, ensuring they feel safe and cared for during their dental visits.
When she’s not working, Dr. Tamar enjoys a beach lifestyle with her husband and two daughters. She also loves outdoor activities like skiing, swimming, and surfing, which allows her to blend her passion for family and adventure.
